與傳統蛋卷不同，蜂巢蛋卷對技術要求更高，我們採用古法炮製、獨家的粉漿打發及烘烤技術；反覆調整配方超過50次，堅持不添加任何人工色素，化學添加劑，令蛋卷呈現蜂巢般的效果，口感更加酥鬆、層次非常豐富。選用100%法國天然牛油、湖北雞蛋和鴨蛋等新鮮天然食材，炮製出口味豐富的蛋卷系列。每件蜂巢蛋卷的頭尾不完美段均全數切除，只保留「黃金精華中段」，長度為7.4cm，單手拿捏也不沾碎屑。

Made with specially selected eggs and duck eggs from Hubei, known for their rich egg flavor, and combined with 100% natural French butter, these delicacies contain no artificial flavors, preservatives, or colorings. The result is a rich, pronounced egg aroma and a light, crisp, and flaky texture that elevates the entire experience.
