Paired with golden, plump salted egg yolks cured using the traditional yellow clay method, each yolk is rich, oily, and perfectly sandy. Every mooncake is entirely handcrafted, with a pastry skin as thin as a cicada's wing, baked to a beautifully layered, melt-in-your-mouth finish.
